Durán-Sindreu appoints Alba Conde as New Labor Partner

This new appointment marks another step forward in Durán-Sindreu’s ambitious growth plan, aimed at strengthening its areas of expertise and expanding its multidisciplinary advisory capabilities.

Durán-Sindreu law firm has strengthened its specialized Labor Law practice with the appointment of Alba Conde García as a new partner. Alba brings more than 15 years of experience as a labor lawyer, having developed her professional career in various boutique law firms as well as in a major international consulting firm, where she served as Head of the Labor Legal Department, advising on highly complex matters for both national and international companies.

Her arrival aligns with Durán-Sindreu’s strategic growth plan for the coming years, which includes expanding key practice areas for clients, integrating specialized talent, and developing new service lines.

Alba holds a Law degree from Pompeu Fabra University and a specialization in Labor Law from the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB). Her areas of expertise include workforce restructurings, litigation, equality plans, collective bargaining, internal policies, and strategic labor advisory.

In addition to her professional practice, she combines her legal work with teaching, delivering Labor Law courses at the School of Legal Practice and in specialized programs at the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB), as well as at universities such as the International University of Catalonia (UIC), among others.

Conde has been recognized in several editions of Best Lawyers, positioning her as a leading professional in her field within the legal sector
