Rosa is a lawyer and a partner in the Industrial and Intellectual Property and Unfair Competition Area of Durán-Sindreu.
She graduated in Law from the University of Barcelona, completed a Master’s degree in Business Law at Pompeu Fabra University, and since the beginning of her professional career has dedicated herself entirely to Industrial and Intellectual Property in all its aspects.
She has extensive experience in managing portfolios of trademarks and designs, handling the processing and monitoring of applications at a national and international level, and supporting clients in their protection strategy. It also participates in the resolution of conflicts related to these matters, both extrajudicial and judicial.
She has been a member of the Barcelona Bar Association since 1998 (ICAB). She is a member of the International Association for the Protection of Industrial Property (AIPPI), and of EVAP (Association of Professional and Businesswomen of the Valencian Community).
She is a regular lecturer in several courses on Trademarks, Designs, Patents and Unfair Competition at ICAB, and also at the Institut de Formació Contínua (IL3).
She is currently the President of the Competition Law and Industrial Property Section of the ICAB.
She is also included in the list of well-known French-speaking lawyers of the French Consulate General in Barcelona.
