Pedro Villar Algaba is a Partner in the Tax Compliance area at Durán‑Sindreu. He has more than 20 years of experience in providing tax and accounting advice to companies, offering comprehensive support in the management of their tax, accounting and corporate obligations at both national and international level.
He specializes in tax planning, compliance with tax obligations and the preparation and review of tax returns. He has also advised numerous companies on outsourcing processes, contributing to cost optimization through the externalization of administrative and accounting functions.
Pedro is a qualified Economist and holds degrees in Economic Sciences and Political Sciences. He is also a member of the Permanent Committee of the Tax Experts Commission of the College of Economists of Catalonia (CEC), where he actively participates in the analysis and dissemination of current tax developments.
