José Manuel Luna is a partner and head of the firm’s Technical Department. Lawyer and Economist, his practice focuses on the planning and coordination of multidisciplinary operations involving corporate, tax, regulatory, and corporate governance dimensions.
He has a solid track record advising transport and distribution companies —with a specialization in pharmaceutical distribution—, public sector organizations and companies, as well as associations, cooperatives, foundations, and social economy entities. Their work combines technical rigor and a strategic approach to structure, implement, and audit complex projects, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
Among their specializations are corporate governance and advising management bodies, tax and commercial law, cooperative law, pharmaceutical law, and auditing of accounts.
José Manuel is President of the Cooperative Law Section of the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB), a member of the Spanish Association of Tax Advisors (AEDAF), and is registered in the Official Register of Auditors of Accounts (ROAC).
He is also an Associate Professor in the Double Degree in Law and Business Administration at Pompeu Fabra University, where he teaches the subject of Business Tax Regime.
