Iván Roda is part of the Digital Law, IT and Data Protection Area and carries out his professional activity advising private and public companies on data protection, electronic commerce, intellectual and industrial property.
His main areas of practice are projects for adapting to Spanish, European and Andorran data protection regulations, drafting data protection policies, cookie policies, legal notices, transfer of image rights, data processing agreements, confidentiality agreements, trade secrets, internal regulations, procedures for managing rights requests and security breaches, information technology contingency plans, as well as the registration, renewal and opposition of national, European and international trademarks, and recurring consultations on intellectual and industrial property matters.
