Gabriel has provided his services as a lawyer in the Public Sector, performing legal advice and defense functions, having held positions of legal relevance such as Secretary General of the Comissió Juridica Assessora, the high legal advisory body of the Catalan Public Administrations, director of the Centre d’Estudis Jurídics i Formació Especialitzada of the Department of Justice, and director of the Legal Office of the Autonomous University of Barcelona.
