Fausto Di Pasquale is the Partner in the Financial Consulting area of the firm and provides economic and financial advice to public and private entities in various sectors.

His main areas of activity are the management and preparation of reports monitoring the economic and financial situation, process analysis, feasibility reports, preparation of Financial Plans, analysis of investment projects, valuation of companies, advice on strategic plans, due diligence and strategic, operational and financial restructurings, renegotiation of debt with financial entities and obtaining new financing, and carrying out sector studies and benchmarking reports.

He is also a specialist in the presentation and management of insolvency proceedings, as well as in the preparation and ratification of expert reports for all judicial areas (labor, commercial, and civil). 

Where do you spend your free time?

I really enjoy the little things, always in the good company of my family and friends. I love to cook, and at home we are big fans of “la pasta y la pizza de la nonna” that I make. That’s what my Italian roots are all about! I also really enjoy sports, especially swimming, football, and padel. And, whenever I can, I travel, which helps me a lot to disconnect. As a family, we really enjoy being in contact with nature and exploring both distant and nearby lands.

What do you like most about your profession?

Helping to improve the financial and business health of my clients. I enjoy the processes of improvement and growth. I am very pleased to be able to lend a hand so that companies can grow, make their investments profitable, and achieve their goals, even when emerging from and/or complicated crisis situations. I like to find the most appropriate and creative solutions to problems, while maintaining that more human side, the connection and empathy, as if the companies I help were my own. Companies are people. And my goal is for those people to feel satisfied and stay collaborating with me. My definition of success? When they tell me that thanks to my support they have achieved their goals: solve this issue, carry out that project, make my business viable, improve my company’s management, etc. Those are the days I sleep best.
