This appointment marks a further step in Durán-Sindreu’s growth strategy, aimed at strengthening its specialist practice areas and enhancing its multidisciplinary advisory capabilities for companies and organisations.

Durán-Sindreu has strengthened its Labour management and payroll practice with the appointment of Toni Beltrán as a new Partner. Toni brings more than 30 years of experience in labour relations, personnel administration and payroll management, having spent much of his career leading labour departments within professional firms and business advisory organisations.

Specialised in labour management and payroll services, Toni Beltrán has advised companies of different sizes and across a wide range of industries throughout his professional career. His expertise covers areas such as employment contracting, personnel administration, labour costs, restructuring processes, Social Security matters, occupational risk prevention and relations with public authorities. He has also led specialised teams and overseen large monthly payroll volumes with consistent dedication and rigour, providing a comprehensive and practical understanding of organisations’ workforce management needs.

His appointment forms part of Durán-Sindreu’s growth strategy for the coming years, which includes the consolidation of strategic practice areas for clients and the incorporation of highly regarded professionals with extensive expertise in their respective fields.

Beltrán holds a Diploma in Labour Relations (Labour Graduate) from the Central University of Barcelona, a Master’s Degree in Personnel and Human Resources Management, and a Master’s Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention, specialising in Safety. In addition, he maintains ongoing training in the latest regulatory and operational developments in employment and Social Security matters, as well as extensive expertise in the technological tools most commonly used in labour and payroll management.
