Bàrbara is part of the Digital Law, IT and Data Protection department as a Junior Lawyer. She also has specialized training in Intellectual and Industrial Property, having completed a Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property, which enables her to provide comprehensive advice on the protection and exploitation of intangible assets.
She advises public and private entities on matters relating to personal data protection, e-commerce, technology contracting, and regulatory compliance in the digital environment. In addition, she is involved in projects related to intellectual and industrial property.
Her main areas of practice include data protection compliance projects, conducting impact assessments and risk analyses, drafting internal policies and procedures, managing data breaches and data subject rights requests, reviewing technology agreements, as well as providing ongoing advice on intellectual property, new technologies, and regulatory compliance in the digital field.
