Antoni is a lawyer and a partner in the Industrial and Intellectual Property and Unfair Competition Area of Durán-Sindreu.

He holds a Law degree from the University of Barcelona and has developed his professional activity in the field of Industrial Property and related matters since the beginning, having extensive experience in advising, litigation and contracts related to patents and utility models, trademarks, designs and designations of origin.

He has been a member of the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB) since 1984.

He is a member of the UAE (Union of European Lawyers), of whose Executive Committee he was a member, having served as President of its Industrial Property Commission.

He has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Spanish Group of AIPPI (Association for the Protection of Industrial Property), of which he was Secretary.

He participates as a speaker in various courses, conferences and seminars on the subject.

Languages: Spanish, Catalan, English and French.
