Anna Ric is part of the firm’s Tax Area and leads the Public Sector Department, mainly advising public administrations and public sector entities on all matters with tax implications.
Its main areas of activity are advising on Value Added Tax given its importance in the Sector, technical assistance in tax management and inspection procedures, economic-administrative and contentious procedures, due to the high level of litigation that public administrations and public sector entities have been experiencing in recent years, and advice on international tax law, specifically regarding taxation for the purposes of indirect taxation (VAT, Customs and excise duties), with extensive experience in advising both domestic companies conducting operations in other Member States of the European Union or third countries, as well as foreign entities that wish to start their operations in Spanish territory, or, having already started them, require advice on VAT taxation in Spain.
