Anna Ric is a partner in the firm’s Tax Department and leads the Public Sector Department, advising primarily public administrations and public sector entities on all matters with tax implications.
Her main areas of practice are advisory services relating to Value Added Tax (VAT), given its significance in the Sector; technical assistance in tax management and inspection procedures, economic-administrative and contentious proceedings, due to the high level of litigation that public administrations and public sector entities have been experiencing in recent years; and international tax law advisory services, specifically regarding indirect taxation (VAT, Customs and Excise Duties), with extensive experience advising both domestic companies carrying out operations in other Member States of the European Union or third countries, and foreign entities wishing to commence operations in Spain, or which, having already commenced operations, require advice regarding VAT taxation in Spain.
