Alba Conde is a partner and head of the labour and employment area at Durán-Sindreu. She has over 15 years’ experience as an employment lawyer, gained both in specialist boutique law firms and in a large international consulting firm, where she was director of the employment law department. Throughout her career, she has advised national and international companies on highly complex matters.
She holds a law degree from Pompeu Fabra University and specialises in labour law from the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB). Her professional practice focuses on labour restructuring, litigation, equality plans, collective bargaining, internal policy design and strategic advice on labour matters.
She also combines her professional activity with teaching, lecturing on labour law at the School of Legal Practice and in specialised programmes at the ICAB, as well as at various universities, including the International University of Catalonia (UIC).
