Sandra specialises in the implementation of compliance models in large and medium-sized companies. Her passion for training leads her to develop and deliver innovative programmes, using gamification to make learning interactive and effective, whether through in-person, online or blended training. She makes sure to tailor every course to the specific needs of each company.

We are trainers registered with the Spanish State Register of Training Entities and our courses can qualify for Fundae subsidies.
In-person training
The Compliance training and awareness strategy is not the same for every organisation, as it largely depends on its activity, size, geographical operations and other factors.
We firmly believe that the training strategy should be tailor-made for the organisation and reach all of its members.
The content must be agreed with the organisation and may include: Criminal Compliance, Code of Ethics, Anti-corruption Policy, AML/CFT, Trade Secrets, Anti-harassment Policy, Data Protection, Equality and Diversity, non-sexist language, workplace climate, etc.
Online training
We design and plan training strategies to raise awareness across the entire workforce of the organisation, on Compliance and the policies that make it up, through dynamic content tailored to each organisation.
Our e-learning platform makes it possible to deliver training to all staff located at other workplaces, including those in other countries and jurisdictions.
