Toni Beltrán is the partner leading the firm’s Labour Management and Payroll area. He brings more than 30 years of experience in labour management, personnel administration, and employment relations advisory services for companies across a wide range of sectors and sizes. Throughout his career, he has led labour departments and coordinated specialised teams, providing comprehensive advice on employment law, Social Security matters, and payroll management.
Specialised in labour management and payroll services, he advises companies throughout every stage of the employment relationship, including recruitment, payroll preparation and supervision, workforce cost planning, business succession processes, dismissal and severance management, as well as liaising with public bodies and labour authorities.
Over the course of his career, he has managed departments with a high operational workload, overseeing the administration of nearly 2,000 monthly payrolls and coordinating teams of professionals specialising in personnel administration and human resources.
Toni holds a Diploma in Labour Relations (Graduate in Labour Relations) from the University of Barcelona, a Master’s Degree in Personnel and Human Resources Management, and a Master’s Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention, specialising in Workplace Safety. He also maintains continuous professional development in employment and Social Security matters. He has extensive expertise in specialist tools such as A3NOM, SILTRA, Contrat@, and the electronic platforms of the Spanish Social Security Administration and Tax Agency.
