Carlos joins the Compliance Department as an intern, with a solid legal background and a particular interest in the business field.
He holds a law degree from the Universidad Central del Ecuador. He has a Master’s in Business Law from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and is currently completing a Postgraduate Degree in Compliance at the UPF Barcelona School of Management.
He has experience in legislative technique and took part in drafting the Law on Reparation for Family Members of Femicide Victims. He also works at an organization dedicated to consumer rights protection and, prior to joining the firm, served in Ecuador’s legislative branch as a legal advisor to members of Congress.
