The internal information channel or ethical reporting channel of Durán-Sindreu, Asesores Legales y Tributarios, SLP, also called the internal information system, has been developed and implemented in accordance with and pursuant to the provisions of Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption. This channel is the means that Durán-Sindreu, Asesores Legales y Tributarios, SLP makes available for the submission of reports on alleged, substantiated, and significant breaches of any situation or behavior that constitutes a potential or actual breach of regulations, both internal and external, that may constitute a crime, serious or very serious administrative offense, or labor violation.

Notwithstanding the above, we encourage you to identify yourself in order to obtain more information to satisfactorily clarify the reported facts.

The submission of complaints through the internal information channel or ethical complaints channel of Durán-Sindreu, Asesores Legales y Tributarios, SLP, must only adhere to criteria of truthfulness, responsibility, proportionality, and good faith, and it is prohibited to communicate false information.

External channel of the Independent Whistleblower Protection Authority
In accordance with the provisions of art. 9.2.b) of Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption, it is reported that there are external channels to which the informant may turn, either directly or after prior communication through the internal information channel or ethical whistleblowing channel of Durán-Sindreu, Asesores Legales y Tributarios, SLP. These channels are the external channel of the Independent Whistleblower Protection Authority and, in Catalonia, the Anti-Fraud Office of Catalonia (OAC).
