Víctor is part of the firm’s Legal Department and carries out his professional activity advising entities in different sectors on Commercial Law.
His main area of activity is corporate advice, as well as the preparation and negotiation of contracts, drafting of legal opinions and reports relating to Commercial Law.
He has experience advising family businesses and entrepreneurial families on generational succession processes, as well as drafting family protocols and their legal implementation.
