Elisabet Mir is part of the firm’s Tax Area and carries out her professional activity advising business groups and entities from various sectors on tax law.
She has developed her professional experience in tax advice, both nationally and internationally, in the planning and restructuring of business groups, large companies or Family Offices, carrying out Due Diligence, and the defense of the Taxpayer against the Tax Agency in inspection procedures and her defense before the Economic-Administrative Courts and the contentious-administrative Courts.
