Mercedes Martín is part of the firm’s Commercial Area and carries out her professional activity advising public and private entities from different sectors on Commercial Law.
Her main areas of practice are recurring corporate advice, national and international business reorganizations, M&A operations, project financing, debt restructuring and refinancing, as well as the drafting and negotiation of national and international contracts for business groups in various economic sectors, both in their ordinary activity and in restructurings and expansion plans, with special emphasis on the renewable energy sector.
