Betsabé Rodríguez Llaves is part of the Labor and Social Security Management team, specializing in advising on labor relations and social security, personnel administration for small and large companies, execution and supervision of the payroll process, and especially ensuring compliance with existing labor regulations at all times.
As the department manager, she is one of our clients’ main points of contact, with the purpose of offering them the advice they need, as well as solutions tailored to the needs of each of them.
She is characterized by her great dedication and involvement, with the aim of making the client feel supported throughout the labor procedures they have to carry out, acting at all times in accordance with current legal regulations, as well as attending to the requirements of the different official bodies.
