Rafael heads the Commercial Law department of the firm. For more than 25 years, he has been advising national and international companies on a wide variety of issues related to commercial and corporate law.
His areas of expertise include ongoing advice to companies, corporate restructuring, contract negotiation and drafting, M&A transactions, negotiation of corporate agreements, as well as advice on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and shareholder agreements, among others. In addition, he is a member of various Boards of Directors.
His working languages are Spanish and English.
